It is a carefully composed powder concentrate for the preparation of isotonic drink, which intensely and to the maximum extent hydrates the body, restoring its water and electrolyte balance during and after exercise. The brilliant isotonic recipe has been enriched with L-carnitine and L-glutamine, which additionally support the body during prolonged exercise. The addition of vitamins supplements their increased loss from the body during training.

Storage conditions: store in a dry room at room temperature in tightly closed containers.

Dosage:
Consume as needed, especially during competitions, intense workouts and hard physical work. 17.5 g of powder (2 tablespoons) dissolve in 250 ml of boiled water. Mix. Consume immediately after preparation.
